Job Title: Registered Nurse ER/MS
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room/Medical Surgical (ER/MS) team. The RN will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and triaging patients in the ER setting
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Participating in emergency medical procedures as needed
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ER/MS setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
